Born out of COVID to support local farmers' markets.
FreshFind's mission is to make connection between local farmers, food producers, and consumers.
Because the best food is made fresh locally.

What is a patron?
A patron is an individual who provides financial support to our vendors and markets.
Do you deliver?
Currently, order delivery is handled on an individual basis by market managers. We are looking to partner with various delivery partners to make delivery options more accessible.
When & where can I pick up my order?
If you select the pickup option during checkout, you will select your pickup time and location at the time you place your order.
How does FreshFind make money?
We are currently charging a 1% service charge on all orders to cover costs, help improve our delivery & logistics, as well as to reach more vendors and markets to improve accessibility of local goods
Are there any additional service fees?
We are currently working with Stripe as our payment facilitator. They charge 2.9% + 30 cents on each order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept credit and debit cards. If you would like to see us add more payment options, please let us know!
What is a vendor?
A vendor is an individual or company offering something for sale on our platform.
How do I get listed?
After creating your account, you will be able to select which markets you would like to apply to sell at. You can add and remove market listings at any time through your dashboard.
Will I get paid directly?
Yes. Once orders are accepted by all parties, vendors will receive deposits directly into their account once processed by Striple.
How will logistics work?
Logistics will vary by locale. Typically, market managers will accept vendor deliveries at their location, package the customer order, and deliver to consumers directly. Some may use 3rd party delivery networks.
How much will it cost us?
Use of the FreshFind platform won't cost anything for vendors. However, on each order, a 1% service charge is paid by patrons (+2.9% + 30 cent Stripe fee)
How long does it take to get paid out?
Vendors will receive deposits directly into their account once processed by Striple. Please send us an email requesting this information as it may vary by location and we can ask Stripe on your behalf.
Can I manage my own inventory & pricing?
Yes! You will have full control over your own "booth". We have found that high quality pictures and videos attract significanlty more customers. If you need any assistance beautifying your page, please contact our support team and we would be happy to help!

An operator is an individual or company who operates one of the various markets or logistical hubs on our platform.
How will logisitcs work?
Logistics will vary by locale. Typically, market managers will accept vendor deliveries at their location, package the customer order, and deliver to consumers directly. Some may use 3rd party delivery networks. Do what works best for you and your market!
How much will it cost us?
Use of the FreshFind platform is completely free for market operators! Don't forget to tell your friends!
Will we have to pay out vendors? Or, will they get paid directly?
We use split payment software by our payment partner Stripe to pay vendors directly.
Will we have to manage vendor shops? Or, can they manage their own?
You will be happy to hear that vendors can manage their own shops. All you have to do is create a market and accept their listings on your market.
