Due to the perishable nature of some of the goods, you must notify us within this timeframe for us to be able to address the issue. Your experience is very important to us and we will try to make it better to the best of our ability.

For any missing/rotten/damaged items, we will investigate further and issue a refund where applicable.

If you're generally dissatisfied with your order/items, please also let us know within the 24 hours and we can open a dispute case between you and the vendor responsible for the item. Together we will find the best solution possible.

If you no longer want FreshFind to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may close your account. FreshFind will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy. In addition, FreshFind sellers may also be required to retain and use your information in order to comply with their own legal obligations. Please note that closing your account may not free up your email address, username, or shop name (if any) for reuse on a new account. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes.
