If you have an issue with any of the goods purchased on FreshFind, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Due to the perishable nature of some of the goods, you must notify us within this timeframe for us to be able to address the issue. Your experience is very important to us and we will try to make it better to the best of our ability.


For any missing/rotten/damaged items, we will investigate further and issue a refund where applicable.


If you're generally dissatisfied with your order/items, please also let us know within the 24 hours and we can open a dispute case between you and the vendor responsible for the item. Together we will find the best solution possible.

At FreshFind, we respect and value our and your privacy. We are committed to making transparency upfront on our privacy practices including how we treat your personal information.

  2. We process your personal information to run our business and provide our users with the Services. By accepting our Terms of Use, you confirm that you have read and understand this policy, including how and why we use your information. If you don't want us to collect or process your personal information in the ways described in this policy, you shouldn't use the Services. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any of our members, websites hosted by FreshFind, or third-party websites and apps.

Primarily, these messages are delivered by email, SMS or notifications for a variety of reasons, including marketing, transactions, and service update purposes. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications via email or Messages in your account settings or by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you receive. FreshFind may also contact you by telephone to provide member support or for transaction-related purposes if you request that we call you. Additionally, and with your consent where required by applicable law, FreshFind may send you an SMS (or similar) message, or reach out to you by telephone, in order to provide you with customer support, for research or feedback, or to provide you with information about products and features that you may find of interest.

    When you register for an account, subscribe to a newsletter, or provide us with your email address or phone number such as for a Guest Checkout purchase, you receive notice of and agree (in some jurisdictions and situations, by an additional unambiguous consent) to receive marketing emails and messages from us.

    Your account information is protected by a password. It is important that you protect against unauthorised access to your account and information by choosing your password carefully and by keeping your password and computer secure, such as by signing out after using the Services.

FreshFind will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, for as long as your account is active (i.e., for the lifetime of your FreshFind member account), or as needed to provide the Services to you. If you no longer want FreshFind to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may close your account. FreshFind will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy. In addition, FreshFind sellers may also be required to retain and use your information in order to comply with their own legal obligations. Please note that closing your account may not free up your email address, username, or shop name (if any) for reuse on a new account. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a brief period of time, except in cases where they are used for site safety and security, to improve site functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer time periods.

  13. Your Rights & Choices
  14. FreshFind gives you the choice of accessing, editing, or removing certain information, as well as choices about how we contact you. You may change or correct your FreshFind account information by contacting us. You may also remove certain optional information that you no longer wish to be publicly visible through the Services, such as your name. You can also request to permanently close your account and delete your personal information.

  15. Our Right to Modify
  16. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting amended terms on the Website or otherwise notifying you of changes to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use after such amendment following the Effective Date indicates your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. You should check this Privacy Policy periodically for modifications by referencing the Effective Date posted above. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all Personally Identifiable Information that we have about you. However, we will not materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of personally identifiable information collected in the past without the consent of affected users.

In correspondence with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via in-site notification within 7 business days. We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

    • Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.

    To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:

    • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
    • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
    • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
    • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
    • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
    • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
