Located near the small town of Baden just 10 minutes outside the city limits of Kitchener-Waterloo, the main farm has been in the family for 200 years. Farmer, Dennis Baer, converted the farm to certified organic 35 years ago as he wanted to raise the healthiest and best quality meats for his own family and the surrounding community. He and his son Dan Baer continue to farm the land and raise only the healthiest, cleanest meats including organic grass fed beef and pasture-raised poultry and turkey.

We also carry organic grass fed beef from Bast Farm, Sittler Farm and Martin Farm in Wellesley. They have been raising organic grass fed beef even longer than the Baer's!

Our team also includes Katie Baer (one of the farmer's daughters) and Chris Baer and Aliyah Fraser as they manage the business side of the farm including customer service, order fulfillment, sales and marketing. You will see their passion for the farm shine through everything they do as they provide only the best customer service. Melissa Baer, founder of the business side of Vibrant Farms and Dennis' oldest daughter, continues to act as owner & consultant.
