Our philosophy is to produce food the way nature intended. We care deeply about our orchard so that it can continue to live on for generations to come.  We love to watch and nurture the growth of our farm as it continues to challenge us and give us new opportunities.  We love to live where we work and work alongside our family and the local people in our small community. At the end of a long day, there is always a feeling of accomplishment knowing that you have contributed to something that people enjoy on a most basic level. We love being outside surrounded by beautiful mountains where the air is pure and fresh knowing in a small way, we are providing products as nature intended. We take great pride in preserving the land where we live and work by protecting the air and water we share with our neighbors. Protecting and taking care of our earth, and giving people access to high-quality, nutritious food is extremely important to us. We also believe strongly that our work should be meaningful, contributing to something positive in the world. The work is challenging, unpredictable, subject to weather, and many other factors that are out of our control, but always rewarding.  We are exhausted at the end of the day but would not change a single part of the day. We spent it breathing fresh air in the warm sunshine surrounded by majestic mountains in the middle of the Andes so far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

This is truly an amazing thing.
