Yes! There is a standard 2-day lead time for pick up orders. For example, orders placed on a Thursday will be ready on Saturday. Orders can also be placed for same-day or next-day pick up in some cases. Just give us a call and we'll see if we can make it happen!

We are an online based company working out of a commercial ghost kitchen. We currently do not have a physical storefront however we have a local pickup option available from our home office in East York Toronto.

We recommend placing your cookies in an airtight container after receiving them. They will stay fresh for 2-3 days. For peak freshness and a longer shelf life, place cookies in an airtight container and freeze. When ready to eat, simply let the cookies thaw out at room temp for 1 hour or warm up the cookies in the oven at 350F (convection, middle rack) for 4-6 minutes. A cool trick to keep cookies extra moist without freezing; place a slice of bread inside the air tight container. The cookies will feed off the moisture from the bread and stay soft!

Yes we do! We offer cookies of all sizes in favour boxes, platters, individually wrapped, etc. We also offer a Live Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert Station. Please email us at [email protected] for any special event orders.

Yes, we are a Muslim-owned business and all the cookies on our menu are Halal!

Most of our products contain nuts or traces of nuts. We do offer some nut-free cookies however our facility is not a nut-free facility and is prone to cross-contamination. We do not recommend consuming our products if you have a serious allergy.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any gluten-free or vegan friendly cookies at this time.
